Love the card and message – ” I am at peace with my age” – even when my age says “oh no” more snow to shovel! Be warm and safe in the storm.
It is extremely hard sometimes to escape bleak thoughts and feelings even though we don’t want them to loom inside.
So it is very necessary at that moment to express thanks for the goodness and wonder in our lives because that will conjure happy images and lift our thinking into a nurturing realm.

I loved the reading… It reminds me always of the power of releasing. and the second card really connected for me – I just was looking at a recent article in People Mag last night… It showed beautiful women from their 20s through their 90s (Lovely Betty White)! It showed famous women at each age/stage of life – Most very well-known, iconic women. But I loved that People highlighted their ages – and showed them as beautiful. (Of course they were)!
