Honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice!
Bob and I would like to take a moment today to express our gratitude to the countless men and women who have served our country and given their lives so that we might enjoy the freedoms we have today. These brave souls came from all walks of life. They came from many different religious backgrounds. They had many different beliefs about life. They had different dreams and hopes for their future. They were also husbands and wives, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters. But the one thing they shared was a willingness to serve our country. So we hope you will join us today in honoring each and every man and woman who made the ultimate sacrifice. To those who have fallen in defense of our freedoms, we truly appreciate you, we love you, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

What a wonderful commemoration, Donna and Bob! They certainly need and deserve that, especially because there have been times when those in our government who have never served in combat send these sacrifficial soldiers to fight for a “domino” theory, or worse, for a corporate enterprise and its economic clout.
