Angels and our loved ones who have passed often visit us in our dreams. That is when we are most relaxed and our conscious minds step out of the way to allow a pure connection with spirit.
Be open and receptive to the love they are sharing and any guidance you may receive.
Before you go to sleep each night remind yourself that you want to remember any connections that happen while you are dreaming. If you have problems or concerns or you just want to connect with a loved one, just ask! As you are falling asleep ask for what you need or want.
Then when you wake up, jot down any dreams that you remember, no matter how weird they seem by the light of day. Sometimes the guidance you receive will be crystal clear, but other times it may take a while for the meaning and message to make sense to you. Sometimes spirit has to give you the same message in different ways before you understand it.
I know this is true for me… there have been times when spirit has had to hit me over the head, repeatedly, to get my attention!
